Lighting House provides a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 for the majority of orders over the value of $149.
Please note that some oversized items do no qualify for this shipping rate.
Due to the cost of shipping to remote areas including Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory & Tasmania, we sometimes are required to charge more. This will be automatically calculated for you once inputting your address in the cart.

Returns
Sometimes customers are not 100% satisfied with the products they receive. The is the nature with online shopping. In this case, we offer a 30 day money back or exchange program. To qualify for this, you need to fill in the return form here within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return, you must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of initial purchase date.
- Products must be in original condition, with all tags still attached (this is to ensure it’s in a still sellable condition for our other customers).
- Products must be in original packaging,
